Very poor service, unclean seat and suffocating environment with a very stubborn conductor. Lights are blue and foul smelling, very congested seats. The photos shared in MMT are completely different from the reality.

Terrible journey and very poor service. The hygiene inside the bus was awful, with cockroaches roaming around everywhere. Additionally, the live location tracking wasn't working, and the staff was completely unresponsive—they only answered after I called them multiple times. I would definitely not recommend this bus operator to anyone.
