Due to rash driving bus met with an accident and even front wheel got separated from bus and made us left on the middle of the road without even providing alternate bus at midnight. Never ever choose this bus.

Worst experience ever. Operator left without even contacting. When I tried to contact, the phone was not reachable for some time. Seats were not clean. The bus was overloaded with extra people sleeping on the floor.

It's almost 4 hours late at night, and also the time delay was not updated on the app. It was a horrible experience as it was a night journey. They need to update the schedule as they already know it will be late, and also it was night time so that passengers can manage their resting place.

The bus operators dropped me 6 km before the dropping point at midnight in the rain. I requested a lot but they dropped me at the wrong place at 1 am in the rain. I will take legal action.
