Very disappointing experience travelling from Bengaluru to Hyderabad. The bus was supposed to arrive at 8:50 pm, but it came only at 12:15 am. I was travelling with my family and two small kids, and we had to wait on the road in the middle of the night. What made it worse was that they did not even provide the correct information about the delay. If they had informed us properly, we could have made alternative arrangements instead of standing outside with our kids for hours. Delays can happen, but at least they should keep passengers informed, especially when families with small children are travelling. This was a really frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Very poor service and communication.

I have travelled between Hyderabad and Bangalore many times, but I have never experienced such a delay before. This bus was delayed by approximately 1.5 hours, and the reason given was traffic. However, when I checked the traffic conditions for that particular time, there was no significant traffic. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expect better punctuality and more accurate communication from the bus operator.

The bus developed a problem, and the driver left the bus and went away. Despite repeated attempts, the travel operator did not respond, and no one was available to assist us. We were stranded on the Kurnool highway from 4:30 AM until 1:00 PM, with no proper support or assistance. After waiting for several hours, an alternate bus was arranged from Kurnool to Kadapa. From there, we had to arrange our own transportation to reach our destination. This was completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of responsibility and customer care. We suffered a lot of inconvenience, stress, and hardship, especially the ladies and children travelling with us. We expected the travel operator to take immediate responsibility for this incident, provide a proper explanation, and take necessary action to ensure that no other passengers faced such a situation again. Please treat this matter seriously and provide an appropriate response and compensation for the hardship we endured.
