The bus arrived 1 hour 45 minutes late and we were stranded in the scorching heat at the pick up point which did not have a proper bus stand. The helper constantly lied over the phone about how far he was. We later found out from the other passengers that the bus left Digha at 11:30 a.m., while the pickup time at Mandarmani was 11:15 a.m. The conductor was also very rude and refused to let me keep my luggage in the designated luggage area. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this operator.
