Staff is good, but overall management is not good. No proper rest stop, live tracking discontinued before the middle of the way. Driver is good and driving skills are also good.

Very disappointing experience. The bus departed nearly 4 hours late and kept making prolonged stops without any proper explanation. Our scheduled arrival was 10:20 PM, but we reached Kolkata the next morning at 7am after a massive delay. The driver provided no satisfactory explanation, and service provider even marked the trip as completed and requested a review while we were still travelling. This caused severe sleep disruption and affected my office commitments. Travelling with my parents made the experience even more uncomfortable. Poor management, lack of communication, and unacceptable time management. I would not recommend this service.

Horrible experience. The bus started at 06:00 and stopped at 07:00 in the middle of nowhere for 2 hours during which there was no toilet. After that, it stopped once at some place for dinner. There were good dinner options available but did not stop. In the morning, it stopped at 07:30 at some ashram. No good food to eat, only Indian toilet. After that, it stopped at 01:30 at some bad dhaba with unhygienic toilet. Then it stopped nowhere until the driver wanted to have tea at some unhygienic place. Then it stopped at 10:00 at some bad place. While telling the driver to stop at some good place for food, he was misbehaving. Later on, he did not stop anywhere for washroom. Bad behavior by staff and driver. Later on, the driver was stopping at bus stops to pick random customers. In the end, 10 hours delay and bad service. Would never travel in this or refer anybody. Very disappointed and annoyed and was travelling with my wife.
