Worst bus ever. Please don't travel in this bus on this route. This bus is 3 hours late and seats are not comfortable.

My bus journey was very disappointing. The bus did not stop at a proper place with clean and hygienic washroom facilities. There were no charging points available inside the bus. These basic facilities should be properly maintained to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free journey for passengers. I hope the bus operator takes these issues seriously and improves the service.

My journey from Chanderi to Indore was very disappointing. The bus did not stop at a proper place with clean and hygienic washroom facilities. There were no charging points available inside the bus. Moreover, the AC water kept leaking throughout the night, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. These basic facilities should be properly maintained to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free journey for passengers. I hope the operator takes these issues seriously and improves the service.
