There was no Live tracking. RedBus App should share the Bus Number, Driver Number etc. details. But all these details were missing in the message. Ticket price was too much. Rest stop was not having good hygiene. Bus wasted too much time by entering into the Vadodara and Ahmedabad City instead of going on bypass road.
