Time management is not proper. Bus is three hours late and staff are also not cooperative. Third class service.

During my journey from Nagpur to Aurangabad (Maharashtra), the mobile charging point was not working properly. This caused inconvenience during the journey. Kindly repair the charging points for the convenience of passengers.

All are good but that bus does not have seat quality and their seat blanket is also in very poor condition.

Everything except rest stops. Need more rest stops and the Dhaba hotel Chaitali did not have any menu cards.

Decent experience. Bus was late by 2 hours and rest stop hygiene was bad. They should opt for a different location.

Bus is good and mostly arrives on time. However, the rest stop hygiene is not good. The toilet is the worst.
