The staff do not answer phone calls or respond to passengers’ queries. Both arrival and departure timings are frequently delayed. Throughout the journey, they keep stopping at various places to pick up passengers, causing unnecessary delays. During my last journey, the bus arrived at the pickup point XXXX minutes late without providing any explanation or reason for the delay. Overall, the service is very unprofessional and poorly managed. They should improve their communication, punctuality, and passenger service.

I would suggest adding window curtain because the morning light directly hits the eye. Also seat comfort could be better. other than that it was a really good experience. If it was possible I would've given 4.5 star

I was late in my meeting as the bus was delayed by 30 min.

Seats are very uncomfortable, with very little leg space as compared to other buses with this fare. very little luggage spare as well . never willing to ride again.

The bus broke down in between and no one took the accountability, and for that I have to pay twice.
