Bus did not stop at my pickup point. When I called the driver to stop, he stopped after 1 km.

Deliberately delayed the bus and blamed me for not being there earlier than the time. Bus quality was bad and dirty. Driving was also quite rash. My cabin was small as well.

I am extremely disappointed with the severe lack of professionalism and safety provided by this bus operator. Halfway through our journey, the bus broke down. Rather than arranging a standard replacement vehicle, passengers were subjected to the discomfort and safety risks of traveling the rest of the way to Majestic in a pickup van.
