Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience. We were three girls travelling on this bus, and around 2:30 AM, the bus left the rest stop without us after we had been away for just five minutes. There was no driver or conductor present, and nobody checked whether all passengers had boarded before leaving. When we called, they casually told us to catch another bus, leaving us stranded on a highway in the middle of the night. We had to travel in a different bus for 30–40 minutes to rejoin our original bus. This is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. The staff showed no responsibility towards passenger safety. Must take accountability and ensure such incidents never happen again.

Hygiene and comfortable, but I am facing this issue for the second time that we are not dropped at the dropping location. For the first time, when I was traveling in Asian Express, I was dropped after my dropping location; bus was taken on a different route. For the second time, I was asked to deboard before my location itself early in the morning.
