It’s nothing like what was shown in the app. Hygiene is zero. There’s just a bad smell. It has been a truly bad experience.

Driving stopped for even 2 minutes. I was on the other side of the highway and he just drove off. I didn't travel through this bus and had to take another ride to Delhi.

Everything was good except that bus didn't come to boarding point and parents had to walk further by 1.5 km. Bus is good and punctual also. It was a comfortable travel.
