I have booked ticket for Thiruthooraipoondi on Oct-24 night @10:55pm but they dropped us near Nagapattinam bypass road. My father-in-law is not healthy; he has many health complications. It was raining heavily when they asked us to get down from the bus at 4:30 am. We requested them to drop us in Thiruthooraipoondi, but they did not show any kindness or humanity. The driver was very rude, not even considering my father-in-law's health.
