They mentioned the wrong pick point in application and they picked me too far from Kurumbur. There is no DCW chemical in Kurumbur and no charger point is working.

Bus broke down, but the alternate van arrangement was done almost after 5 hours. The bus manager was very rude, didn't have any concern or responsibility. Bus condition was sub-par as well and a little bit smelly.
