Extremely poor service. Avoid booking. The air conditioning was ineffective in the evening. At night, they turned it off completely to save fuel, leaving passengers to suffocate with just basic fans. They only turned it on for 10 minutes an hour when forced to. The driver stopped at filthy locations. The bathrooms were completely unwashed and unusable, and the food options were highly unhygienic. The crew did not care about passenger comfort or complaints at all.

Were not able to track the live location of bus. Also, AC was not up to the mark. Window was not closed properly; if we close one side, the other side will open.

We paid double amount for AC bus but AC was working extremely slow, zero cooling. Waste of money booking AC bus. Bus interior was good, staff was polite and kind. Should give halt at good clean hygiene hotels. Travel was smooth except air conditioner issues. Not at all worth spending double amount on AC bus.

Not provided blanket, drinking water also. AC average. Timely not reached at pickup point 100 min late.

Ac was too slow and ac was not working properly. It was repaired for 1 or 2 hours.

my bus and seat both changed and they inform me 1 hour before in that time i have left my home to boarding. very untidy bus staaf behavoiur was third class and bus was so smelly

Nice and clean bus no 1

Arrogant behaviour rest stop for washroom for ladies on the highway in open. Late rest stop. Stopping for their personal tea stop, bed and curtains smelling.

Driving was slow and AC not cooling properly

Bus changed.
