That was one of my worst travelling experiences. This Algeria Holidays bus, which was supposed to reach by 10/10 at Vadachery (Pattukotai), came only at 11:30 pm. We were standing in the bus stand for nearly one and a half hours at night, where all the shops were closed and the full bus stand was dark and nobody was there. I was contacting the bus driver from 9:30 pm and informing him that I'm standing in the Vadachery bus stand near bus operator. He was simply saying I was there, I was here, I am new to the route and giving all the blame excuses, and he was telling me to come to the bypass road at that night time. My pickup location was Vadachery (Pattukotai) bus stand, and he was blaming me that I am standing in the wrong place. He did not even say sorry but instead spoke very irresponsibly to me over the phone. I am an advocate practicing in Madras High Court. Even for professionals, they are giving this kind of replies, then how will the general public be answered? That is one of the worst bus experiences I have had. Even he was speaking very rudely over the phone, and even in person he was not feeling sorry for the mistake he made. Strict action should be taken for this. I am going to take legal action against this. I am going to approach the consumer court for this.

Very poor. nothing was good about it. bus came 4 hours late. live location won't work. staff lie about their location. seat was drenched coz of rain. nothing could be right about the bus.

This was extremely bad. The bus delayed the destination by 8 hours. The driver was caught at the check post as there was tax due and stopped from midnight to 5 am. After a long negotiation, the police officer permitted to leave. Please don't suggest the bus to me next time. All my tour plans are spoiled.
