I travelled on bus finishing my Tiruchendur trip and the driver had very excellent skill, behavior and was friendly. I forgot my mobile charger. The bus was 30 min late to the pickup point, the seat was not clean; it had some black stains, no pillow, 1 hr late to dropping point. They told me to change bus in between to a different Akash bus because they were late for other stops and this is not the first time changing buses internally, which is really inconvenient, that too late night. These are getting repeated recently. Initially, the tracking was also not working.

Inbuilt pillow in the bed gives neck pain due to over height. Kindly provide plain bed with separate pillow.

On-time drop off. The driver and staff were super friendly. The driver even called ahead to wake us up before arrival. Very comfortable sleeper bus.
