Pillow has not been provided. When we all passengers asked for pillow to staff, they told that company did not give pillow. What can we do? After long travel, the neck got so much pain. Company has to note this.

No correct timing for pickup and no proper response. They also charged extra for my vessel's luggage and did not mention before that one person is allowed one luggage. They asked me for extra money and took it. Worst.

Dropping point ramana ashram shown in booking wasn't stopped which lead to increased time plan. bed didn't have luggage space. TV can be replaced with hand luggage space.
