The bus was not on time and we had to wait for 1 hour till 7 pm at the boarding point and then it started moving at 7:30 pm. They started shoving people without tickets into other sleepers, 4 people in a sleeper, and some without reservation started playing reels on speakers loudly for an hour. Later, there were multiple disputes between people and the conductor who got in without an online ticket. The rest stop was not hygienic, and people were lying in the gallery making it difficult to move. Although staff behavior was neutral towards us, overcrowding ruined the experience for us, and the lights in our cabin were not functional either.

They changed bus in the mid way twice.

Dear, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your bus. The way passengers, especially local passengers, are treated is completely unacceptable. Your buses often do not stop for local passengers, and access to the bus is denied even when there is sufficient space or the bus is operating on a local route. This kind of behavior creates unnecessary inconvenience for people who depend on your service for daily travel. A reputed transport company should understand that good service is not only about running buses but also about respecting and assisting passengers. If your ratings and market position are going down, poor passenger service and such irresponsible behavior can be one of the major reasons behind it. I request you to seriously look into this matter and take appropriate action. Passengers should not have to repeatedly request drivers or staff simply to board a bus that is meant to serve the route. I hope you will treat this complaint seriously and improve your service and staff behavior, rather than allowing such issues to continue.

They didn't give blanket. I couldn't sleep for the whole night and felt cold the whole night.

I booked single sleeper but when the bus arrived at the point there was a double sleeper bus. It has happened a number of times.
