Ac didn't work. Pick up was not punctual. Had to wait for 30 mins. Now dropping is delayed by 1 hr 40 mins.

Very worst experience when traveling in bus. No timing arrival at destination.

Vehicle was breakdown in Thanjavur, alternate vehicle arranged after 30 minutes midnight 12.30 AM. No toilet in the bus, AC vent was damaged, dropping point Tambaram driver denied dropping location.

Extremely worst Pickup from Trichy must be 3:50pm but actual pickup time is 05:05pm drop must be 11:30 pm but actual drop time is 2:30 am no ports are working on the bus they charged fare never worth of it
