Although bus was AC, it was stinking due to gutka, bidi smell. Also, passengers were sleeping in sleeper with their shoes on. Bad feet smell ruined the whole experience. In the end, driver dropped me 23 km away from my dropping point at Banthadi instead of Chhoti Khatu. So if you have alternate arrangements, don't use this bus service. Govt non-sleeper sitting bus is far better than this.

Bus doesn’t go to Kuchaman city; rather, the driver dropped me at Didwana, 50 km away from Kuchaman. The driver was rude, and the bus was full of shop materials and misbehaved. There was no moving space inside the bus.

On service provider: Writing Very poor experience – I had a very disappointing experience while travelling from Gurgaon to Kuchaman, Bursu Choraya. The bus was delayed by almost 2 hours, and to make matters worse, I was dropped far away from my actual destination. The bus was also overcrowded with heavy luggage, which made the journey extremely uncomfortable. The bus itself was poorly maintained and did not meet basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, or passenger safety. Overall, this was a very poor and frustrating travel experience. I expect service provider and the bus operator to take this complaint seriously and ensure that passengers are dropped at their booked destination and that buses are properly maintained and managed. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this experience to other passengers.
