The bus is pathetic. Not comfortable. The driver Anthony Balaji has neither patience nor behaviour. He asked us to come 6 km away from the booked stop. His attitude was like if you can come or else I am going. So, we reached the spot where he asked us to. We waited there for half an hour. When the bus reached the spot, he doesn’t have patience to stop for a minute. Very rude and arrogant driver. And again the worst part is when the bus reached Surathkal, I had already informed him about the stop well before and when it reached Surathkal he didn’t stop. He drove it further and when I asked to stop it was almost 700-800 meters he stopped. You won’t find auto rickshaw there nor have bus stop there. Overall it was a terrible journey and driver lacks presence of mind, patience and behaviour. Not recommended.

Booked AC bus but AC wasn't working at all throughout. Multiple times bus was stopped for service, leading to reaching Bangalore by 11:00 am. Worst bus ever travelled.

Bus condition is not good please. After ghat section he was too slow. He took four hours to reach Mangaluru.
