At last moment, bus was changed and it was unhygienic too. AC was not working properly and bus seat was too uncomfortable.

The timing is not maintained by the operator because it is hard to stay for 13 hrs when the average journey hrs are 10.

We had to change the bus without any reason. In another bus, we had to stand for around 1 hour as other passengers were also there.

When we checked in, the bus was not in good condition. The seats were not maintained, the bed sheet was a little dirty, and the AC was not working. Additionally, the charging plug and the curtains were also not in good condition. When we went to sleep, the curtains were wide open, and there was no way to hide.

Need to improve seat comfort and hygiene. Fares are too high compared to travel conditions and seat comfort. Need to improve all hygiene and quality of the seat.
