Bus is not fit to board passengers. Very poor condition. Brakes not good.

The bus is not arriving on time. Both pickup and drop-off are delayed by almost 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Not travelled yesterday. Staffs are telling wrong location for catching bus. I need my refund. If you provide refund, next time I will book the bus in, otherwise I will not book in.

The bus started at 11:10 PM as scheduled, but the drop-off timing was not as mentioned. The arrival time in Thanjavur was 9:30 AM, whereas the bus schedule showed 8:00 AM. Even at 8:00 AM, all passengers were still inside the bus and the bus was going towards Mayiladuthurai. I am very disappointed with this delay and the incorrect timing information.

horrable travel. better to avoid this bus. If some one preferred non AC bus without any air support then this bus will suitable. don't choose this bus then make a mistake like me
