No bed sheet, no pillow cover, charging point is not working well, water bottle provided after 2 hours.

They won't drop you at the drop location. Worst bus ever. The staff is bad and they don't know how to treat their customers.

Water bottle not provided. Also, the mirror was not clean. Pickup time was 3:30 pm. Departure time was not on time, 5 pm. Departure was 1 hour late. Drop point was also wrongly mentioned.

Balaji restaurant is a very bad experience. The toilet is very bad. Please change your rest stop.

We booked Volvo sleeper but operator provided ordinary bus. Pick up time was 4:00 pm but bus started at 8:15 pm. The pickup stand changed many times and we paid ourselves for these things. The last drop point also changed and there was no other vehicle to drop at the mentioned places. Very bad experience in this bus.
