I have got so much discomfort,bus timing is 10.30 but it came by 12.30 and after 4:30 bus stopped at somewhere.total waste of money

I had a disappointing experience with this travel service. While traveling to Chennai, the bus broke down in the middle of the journey, causing a significant delay and inconvenience to passengers. The response from the staff was not satisfactory, and proper arrangements were not made promptly. I hope the company improves vehicle maintenance and customer service to avoid such issues in the future.

This bus broke down after Thirubuvanam. We were still on the dark bus. Kindly take responsibility for passenger safety. The bus jammed in a dark area outside Chennai. Kindly verify the bus by an internal mechanical person before attaching this kind of bus.
