The quality of the bus is very cheap. The bus service authority didn't listen to anything regarding any issue. There is no partition in the sleeper seats for two. They didn't provide any assistance of pillow, blanket, bedsheet etc whichever was mentioned in the ticket. The total experience was literally very horrible and disgusting. I advise not to opt for this option anymore. This bus is taking you from one place to your second place only without any add-on services as per the ticket.

AC gets switched off after one hour of travelling. Lights switch not working. Driver stopped bus several times to pick local passenger and get the destination delayed by more than 60 mins. No service provided as mentioned in amenities.

Travelled on 11 Oct 2025. Bus is good, seats are comfortable, but this bus turns into a local bus as it picks passengers from every stop. It has multiple stops which disturb the journey of sleeping passengers. Despite the ETA at Jabalpur (7:30 AM), it reached at 8 AM, that too at SADAR. If they hadn't stopped multiple times, we would have reached on time. The AC was turned off deliberately, it was only turned on in the initial hour.
