KVS Holidays Bus Booking

Our bus got changed. Additionally, we had booked the 3rd seat, and due to the bus change, we got the last seat. They told us that since the bus changed, they redirected the passengers to another bus.

This is not KVS Travel it is Anshul Travels plz correct name as I found difficulty in finding the Bus. The bus was old not new one. No light in seat. No option of closing AC.

Worst bus travel experience. This was my worst bus travel experience ever. The bus that arrived was completely different from the one shown in the photos. It was very old and poorly maintained. The bus was not clean, none of the charging points were working, and it was overcrowded with offline booking passengers who were very loud throughout the journey. Because of this, I couldn’t sleep properly. The windows were loose and kept making constant breaking noises, which made the ride very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bus arrived almost 2 hours late. Overall, extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I would not recommend it at all.

This bus service is really the worst in my life. All travellers mentioned fake commitment and also mentioned the MMT site fake bus photo. So I request that type of travellers not be considered on your platforms. Save your value and customer money and time.

Pick up and dropping changed. Worst service. Not at all cooperative. Midway, passengers were added and seats were changed.

Safety & security issue timing issue.

Bus broke down and provided us an alternate low cost/facilities bus.

Bus changed last without any information. Alternate bus also poor condition. Terrible travel experience.

Very poor condition bus and showing bus different and available bus different.

The bus was really dirty, in a very bad condition and there were multiple bookings for the same seat. Even after telling the driver multiple times to switch off the AC, he did not do it and the conductor wanted to make some unknown male stranger sleep next to a woman. Worst experience.
