I booked 3 recliner seats but only got 2 one of the passengers were sent to the last row without recliner. The number of seats in the bus were less than what was showed and I even had to wait for at least 30 minutes because they changed the bus mid journey and in both the buses we had to sit on the non-recliner seats. Someone called me and assured me of refund in 24 hours but it has been 5 days and they are just delaying it. I want my refund otherwise I will have to report it somewhere else.
