Terrible and worst behavior of the staff I arrived just 2 minutes late to the boarding point, and the bus staff made a big scene instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally. I understood that buses had schedules to follow, but the way I was treated was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. Passengers deserved to be treated with basic respect, even when there was a timing issue. This experience caused me a lot of stress and left me very disappointed with the service. I hoped the bus operator took this feedback seriously and ensured better passenger handling in the future. I would rate it minus 1 (-1) because of the staff harsh behavior, I got frustrated and embarrassed because of him.

Friendly Driver: The driver was very polite, friendly, and nice to talk to, especially while dropping passengers. 4. Punctual Service: The bus service was well organized, making the overall travel experience convenient. 5. Good Travel Experience: The journey was pleasant, and the overall service made travelling easy and stress-free. 6. Highly Recommended: Overall, a great travel experience with convenient pickup and drop locations and friendly service. Would definitely recommend it to others.

The bus arrived at the boarding point at 12:47 AM, which was 1 hour and 40 minutes later than the scheduled time. The bus operator should understand the difficulties faced by passengers due to such delays, especially at midnight. Elderly people and children were forced to wait for hours without sleep. This is unacceptable. The operator should respect passengers' time and take their comfort and safety into consideration by ensuring timely arrivals and providing proper updates about delays.
