In my life, I can't see this type of bus again. So dirty, too much smell, seat too dirty and uncomfortable. I just saw the timing; it reached too early.

Bus arrived 2 hrs late. It did not show any tracking details nor provided the bus number. We were planned to reach Manali (our destination) by 08:00 AM, however, it got delayed by 4 hrs, which is obviously not at all acceptable.

Bus stop was changed from Gurgaon to Kashmiri Gate without prior information. We have paid the full ticket amount but were forced to get off at Kashmiri Gate ISBT Delhi. We have to book another bus to reach our destination. The operator switched off his phone and we could not reach out to anyone.
