The operator's phone was switched off. The bus was a no show. The Red Bus agents also couldn't get hold of the DKN Holidays operator or driver. Had to look for alternatives by myself, which was difficult.

There was no proper AC in the bus, no water bottle, no charging point, no comfortable seat, no live location, no proper timing, bus 2:30 hrs late

There is nothing in this that I can say, neither did you come on time nor did you get it cleaned on time and the bus was also changed, instead of Kardia Dkn Bis, some pass came from Kamrunag Nas, even the semi slipper seats were useless.

The way of talking was so decent by the bus owner would not look like an owner. Driver and helper were quite cooperative and polite. Thanks for making it so comfortable.

Not given me water bottles. Secondly, it came 1 hr late and switches were not working. Rest everything was fine.
