Very pathetic services, rude staff. Our bus was delayed for an hour which impacted our whole trip. We reached Manali at 12 pm. There were unnecessary stops made by the driver and conductor. When someone wanted to use the restroom, the conductor was very rude and told her that the bus would stop at the destination only.

Worst ever experience. My departure time is 8:20 am but he reached Manali near about 11 am. No water bottle distributed. No charging point worked. Driver stopped bus anywhere unnecessarily and was driving too fast on hill road. Overall worst experience, I never recommend this bus to book in future.

This bus is already late by around 1.5 hours, so I had to face a strong issue during my stay there. The outside weather was already very cold and humid.
