I didn't get chance to board the bus, no response from bus driver not any staff even after making 50 calls, I literally roamed around gabbur toll plaza at boarding point. for more then 2 hours I stuggled with my heavy luggage alone at dark night

Basava Travels provided a very poor experience with low-quality buses. No one informed me about the arrival time, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The staff at the pickup point were rude, making the service feel completely unprofessional.
