Journey was very slow. Bus was picking passengers road by road. It is very boring and a waste of time.

The window was broken. No contact number of either the bus driver or the conductor was given. The numbers which were provided, most of them were of no use. One said I work no more. Another was too rude and cut the call multiple times when asked for the driver's number. Even after calling back, he cut the call instantly. Very very bad customer care service.

I was supposed to be picked up at 6:40 am but was picked up at 7:10 am. The drop timing is mentioned as 10:10 am in your app but the actual time is 11:30 am. Also, due to traffic, I am still on the bus.
