Super bus but 1 hour late dropping point.

Driver not responding to passenger call. Just fortunately boarded bus as the driver didn't pick up my call.

No air flow in aisle seat.

Seats are not semi-sleeper or they are not functional to slide and sleep.

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience with this bus service. My wife was travelling with my child, and the bus did not stop anywhere for lunch or even for a proper restroom break from around 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM. When my child needed to use the restroom, the staff behaved rudely and told my wife, “Why don’t you go in the petrol bunk?” I would like to clarify one important point. The bus stopped at a petrol bunk in Pondicherry for refueling. If the operator chooses to refuel there because of lower fuel costs, that should not come at the expense of passenger comfort and basic needs. Even at the petrol bunk, there was no proper announcement or information that the bus would be stopping for 10 minutes and that passengers could use the restroom. Passengers, especially women travelling with children, should not be left confused or made to feel uncomfortable about asking for a basic restroom break. What is even more concerning is the rude and insensitive behavior towards my wife, particularly when she was travelling with a child. This is especially disappointing when the operator promotes itself as a “Women Safe Operator.” Women travelling with children should feel safe, respected and comfortable—not be spoken to rudely when they have a genuine and basic requirement. I strongly request and the bus operator to investigate this incident and take appropriate action. On long journeys, reasonable restroom/refreshment breaks and respectful communication from staff should be basic standards, not something passengers have to request or argue for. Women’s safety is not just about physical security; it also includes treating women passengers with dignity and respect.
