I booked a bus ticket Bangalore to Naidupeta. The bus cleaner told me to get down, saying that the bus would go to Naidupeta via Tirupati. But when I reached the place he mentioned, there was no bus available. This caused me a lot of inconvenience and wasted my time. The staff provided incorrect information and misled me. This is very poor service. I request to take action against the bus operator and provide a proper resolution.

The driver drove well. Considering the traffic on a long weekend, it was only 30 minutes late to bangalore. But the bus requires proper maintainance though, AC vents werent functioning properly and there were so many rattling noises

Driving and all good but AC is not working.

Too pricey. Bus was so dirty. No AC, getting sweat in bus. No water bottle provided while other buses provide with price of XXXXX rs around. Worst seat comfort. Bus got delay for 1.5 hour. Worst bus experience till date.

Shivam new bypass boarding point was very difficult for Srikalahasti people, only Srikalahasti arch was very needed boarding point.

My stop is SriKalahasthi dropping time is 12.30 at night. At first, they kept the location as near arch, and when I was boarding, the driver changed the location and told me they would drop me in the middle of the highway. Is this safe for a woman? How can they drop a woman on the highway in the middle of nowhere? As a woman, what can I do?
