The bus was delayed by 2 hours and was not dropped off at the selected destination. The live tracking nor the bus driver's phone were working. Staff was very unprepared and unprofessional, and the drop off was delayed by 3 hours.

Incredibly late arrival with no clear communication from driver, first call says 30 min delay, then 45 min delay, then again 30 min delay and so on. When I'm calling to ask where they have reached, the driver is snapping at me and cuts the call. Was supposed to reach destination at morning 8:15, ended up reaching at 4:30 in the evening. Driver has no idea of the route and is fighting with passengers all the way and showing attitude when questioned. Very very poor experience, will never again book this service and will also make sure none of my friends or family ever do either.

The bus arrived 2 hours late, the driver was way too slow and also didn't know the route properly and went the wrong way. The bus was supposed to reach Kottayam at 9am and it reached Kottayam at 4pm.

Travelled from Bangalore to Kottayam. Driving was too slow. Driver did not know the route also. There was 8 hours delay in reaching destination.
