Ok, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had travelling by bus. Firstly, when I entered, someone was sitting in my seat, and the seat that I had selected on the app was the same as I had seen in the history. Apart from that, I had to wait for four minutes, not almost 10-15 minutes, to get a seat. Finally, when I got to see, there was a lot of ruckus. After that, the bus was moving too fast, which created an entire issue. It was not hygienic at all.

Told passengers to get in another bus of the same brand and several passengers had to stand till Madi Wala. Very bad that we had to pay thousands for a seat or berth and had to stand for an hour.

Not providing half liter drinking water. It was there in the bus. Several travelers asked for water but they were not given any. There was no stop for food in the night. The bus started at 7 pm. They stopped only for washrooms. It is not up to standard.
