Staff behaviour and updating the bus location and timings were very good. Bus seems to be older. There's no mobile holder, the slipper stand on berths. AC vents were not adjustable. There were a lot of places where AC air kept leaking. Bus operators need to take care of these things so that passengers can travel comfortably. At the rest stop, the hotel was closed.

In the very last minute they changed the bus and the AC was in the worst condition, and the bus was full of dust. It was so bad and suffocating that I was not able to breathe properly. The bus is also very old, not as shown in the pictures.

Staff was good bus was in time only thing is bus smells bad and AC vents were broken . Bus was not maintained good. The stars I gave only for staff and punctuality

The bus is full of dust. Better advice to take a broom with you so that you can at least clean your seat and travel.
