I was waiting at Ranchi bus stop for around 1.5 hours and when I tried to reach the driver, his phone was switched off and the other number provided was also out of service, so I decided to leave. Terrible experience.

The seat was not clean. The foam of the seat was wet and it was smelling very bad. The staff did not do anything about that and said the passenger had to manage. The rest timing was very short and they did not wait for passengers to eat and use the restroom. The behaviour of the staff was not polite. My overall experience was very terrible.
