Did not drop at the dropping point. The bus did not have permanent documents, MVD seized the bus. It stopped in the middle of the road. The driver behaved very badly.

Driver left 5 min early without picking me up and told me to chase the bus in a cab. I chased it for 15 km and the driver didn't stop to pick me. Worst experience.

The bus operator didn't have proper documents and unpaid bills, due to which the bus was not allowed to move forward near Electronic City stop for more than an hour. The bus operator asked us to leave saying it'll be delayed and asked us to go by public transportation from Electronic City.

On-time boarding and dropping was good, but the bus manager was not answering. I complained about the lack of a worn screen and the smell in the last seat. When I asked the manager, he spoke rudely and then disconnected the call. He is not picking up the call again.

The facilities were bad, not worth the money. The bus departure time was at 8:55. He started pressuring me at 8:30 when I reached at 8:35. He was saying he would leave otherwise. He stopped at different stops for more than 20 minutes. Overall, bad service. Wouldn't prefer that bus moving forward.

The bus was leaking at the time of raining when it rained. Our bags got wet too
