Staff were cooperative and well-behaved people. Only issue is bus taking too much time to reach the destination.

My experience was very disappointing. I booked a bus for 5 passengers from Aluva to Munnar, specifically choosing an AC bus with proper reclining/pull-back seats. However, just before the trip, I was informed that there was an issue with the vehicle and that a different ordinary bus would be provided. I understand that vehicle issues can happen, but the way the situation was handled was very unprofessional. The replacement bus did not provide the facilities I had booked, and initially our seats were not properly assigned. The staff were also very unresponsive and their attitude was not helpful when we asked for assistance. I booked through MakeMyTrip expecting the services and facilities mentioned while booking. If the booked bus cannot be provided, passengers should at least be given a suitable alternative or proper compensation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Bad service. I booked AC bus. Paid AC charge on ticket. But the bus was non-AC and not comfortable in travel.
