Very bad. Bus was disaster. Body parts were broken. This kind of bus should not be taken on road. And very aggressive driving. Suitcase is damaged. 0 marks for cleanliness. Damaged seats. After the travel I was sick and not at all recovered. Who will bear the damages.

There are no fans in the bus. The journey during the rainy season was so terrible. No charging points in the seat. Dinner stop was not available. They have stopped the bus for dinner near Salem, around 1am.

A delay of approximately 2.5 hours is completely unacceptable and has seriously affected my work and caused significant inconvenience. This is not a minor delay, and I should not have to bear the consequences of your failure to provide the promised service on time. Who will take responsibility for the impact this delay has had on my job. I paid for this service with the expectation that it would be delivered as promised, and that expectation has not been met. I demand a full refund without further delay. Please process my refund immediately and confirm the resolution. I expect accountability for this failure, not excuses or further delays. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint through the appropriate grievance channels.
