The bus arrived at the pickup point with a delay of 5 minutes. However, it was already 50 minutes late when it departed from Bhubaneswar. During the journey, it was delayed further and finally reached Jagdalpur at 10:15 am instead of the scheduled arrival time of 7:45 am. Please give due importance to passengers’ time and ensure that such delays are avoided in the future.

My luggage had been uplifted at before stop by the cleaner. Fortunately I saw that and take inside the bus, the cleaner throws it and also use rude voice. The way of behaving customer very pathetic.

The bus was cancelled from Koraput and we sat in bus, but the driver did not inform us that the bus will not go to Bhubaneswar till 2:30 am.

The bus broke down after 7 kms and they kept saying it will complete the journey. It was only after 12 am that they said bus won't go any further, but at that time no other bus was available. Had they informed in time we would have made alternate arrangements but 12 am at night was way too late to inform.
