Very bad experience. Do not book on this bus. Driver is very bad. Didn't give any answer. There is no stop for dinner even after 11 pm. Also, he is not aware of the road where they have to drive. AC is not working. Very, very delayed bus departure time. At the dropping, I was 2.5 hours late even though the bus did not stop for dinner. They stopped for 20-30 mins at useless places. On the road, he stopped the bus for 30 mins without any fault or station.

The bus wasn't clean. There was visible trash in the aisle. Fixtures like the water bottle holder were broken.

I had to wait for 2 hours at the boarding point. Also, the bus dropped me 1 km far from the dropping point.
