Very Bad Experience Udaipur to Pune I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience travelling. All the charging points inside the bus were not working, the curtains were dirty, the bus suspension was very poor, and the entire bus was extremely dirty with garbage inside. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the bus were absolutely unacceptable. Passengers pay for a comfortable and hygienic journey, but this travel service failed to provide even the basic facilities. I strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking with this Travel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone. Please improve your bus maintenance, cleanliness, and passenger facilities. Very disappointing service.

1. No seat (slippers) privacy. Curtains were low quality and insufficient to cover even slippers and there was very much open space for outsiders' visibility. Also, gallery lights were fully penetrating inside slippers. 2. Mobile charger points were not functioning in the bus. 3. Rest stop was very average and not acceptable for this type of high-end bus.

The pickup at Paldi cross road was scheduled at 8:45. I received a text that it had been postponed to 9:00 pm. Then someone called at 8:20 and said to reach by 8:30 which, on negotiating, they agreed to reach by 8:45. On having an AC booking, three passengers were asked to adjust in an auto rickshaw from Paldi to CTM. We arrived at CTM at 9:10 pm, the bus arrived at 9:45 pm and left at 10:20 pm. So more than an hour delay, that too at a random stop station (not near to home). It was quite frustrating. I don’t blame the service only but it is the same system in Ahmedabad for other travels too. I hope they make necessary changes. AC transport from Paldi to CTM. Time coordination with the bus, so there is no need to wait too long at CTM. The good part was that the bus was clean and tidy. I reached the destination an hour earlier. Had enough space for my luggage.

It was great travelling. We travelled with 2 toddlers and it was very comfortable.
