The air-conditioning system was very poor and inadequate. Unlike other buses that provide four AC vents for every two adjoining sleeper berths, this bus has only two vents for the same space, and the airflow from them is extremely weak. The operator should either install additional AC vents or improve the airflow to ensure effective cooling and a comfortable travel experience for passengers. Thank you.
