Bus timing was 7:30 am and bus arrived at 8:20 am. Horrible.

The scheduled bus didn't come. We had to wait at the bus stop for almost 1 hr. Then we were informed that the bus got cancelled and our seats were arranged in the next bus.

Pathetic. MMT has provided the local bus, which was stopping at every place for customers. In future, please do not provide this bus for your valuable customers.

Quality of bus is bad. There is minimum space in seat and upper berth stairs, no water bottle rack and no waste rack behind seat. Also, very cheap quality interior. I'm really very upset.

Bus left us at Meyo Road. Because of that, we, along with an elderly lady with a knee replacement, had to walk a long way to take the metro.
