Too much Delay after speaking customer care then I arranged my self till now keep on telling wait sir But xx/xx today xx/xx but no use waste of my time and money service provider worst service for people.

Fraud booking. Bus operator said to me bus rescheduled tomorrow but the ticket showed in app same day. Bus operator said to me this is our fault so we cancel your ticket and refund the amount but I didn't receive any message of cancellation and no refund. I didn't travel. They scam 12k Rs and then say to me I traveled through bus. How is it possible? I want my full refund otherwise I will file a complaint.

Booked direct Vizag to Coimbatore but driver changed to bus in Chennai. That bus seat was given last one. That's not good response, also very bad.

I recently traveled in this bus. It's good experience, especially the driver's patience among passengers is very good. This is a special bus that runs only based on function times. I guess it would be so good if this bus runs on weekends as well. You will get the best experience.

I selected this bus because it was supposed to have a toilet and promised amenities including water bottles and blankets. However, when we boarded, the driver said the toilet couldn't be used and gave excuses like water shortages to deny access for the entire thirty to thirty-five-hour journey. Regarding the promised amenities, we were only given a single water bottle each after repeated requests from many passengers, and the promised blankets were never provided. To make matters worse, we were all dropped off at the Santragachi bus stop instead of our scheduled destination at Howrah Babughat. When I showed the staff my ticket to confirm we were supposed to go to Babughat, they refused to listen and insisted we get off there. Finally, the GPS was either turned off or not functioning, so no location was available throughout the trip.
